Chicken Caprese dukan style

Ingredients:

• 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

• 6-8 cherry tomatoes, halved

• 3 thick slices mozzarella cheese (low fat)

• ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped

• 2 large garlic cloves, chopped

• salt and pepper

• 1 Tablespoon olive oil

Coffee crème brûlée

Ingredients:

-450 ml skimmed milk

-25 ml espresso coffee

- 2 tablespoons instant coffee

- 5 eggs

- 4 tablespoons sweetener

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
