Coffee crème brûlée


-450 ml skimmed milk

-25 ml espresso coffee

- 2 tablespoons instant coffee

- 5 eggs

- 4 tablespoons sweetener

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to prepare:

 Preheat the oven to 180oC/350oF/Gas 4.

In a medium-size bowl, beat eggs and sweetener with a whisk for approximately 1 minute, then add the milk.

Add coffee mixture (espresso and instant coffee) and vanilla and gently fold together.

Pour the liquid into one big ramekin or use 3-4 smaller. Place the ramekins into a large cake pan or roasting pan.Pour enough hot water into the pan to come halfway up the sides of the ramekins.Bake just until the creme brulee is set, but still trembling in the center. It will take approximately 40 to 45 minutes.

Remove the ramekins from the roasting pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and then just enjoy this easy, sweet dukan recipe!

Such a simple and delicious dukan desert!
