Simply cheesecake

Ingredients:

-500 g fat-free fromage frais

- 1 fat-free yogurt

- 4 eggs

- 2 tbsp goji berry

- 4 tbsp of Splenda (or up to your taste)

- vanilla flavouring

- Rum flavouring

How to prepare:

Put the goji berry fruits in a bowl with some water and rum flavouring to hydrated.
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees.
Mix all 4 egg in a bowl, then add the fromage frais and yogurt. Continue to whisk until smooth and then add the sweetener and the vanilla flavouring.
Add goji drained of water and put the mixture into a silicone tray. Cook in the oven for 40-45 minutes.
