Fresh salad with yogurt and cucumber

One simple fresh salad for a hot summer dukan diet day!

Serves 1


- 150 g fat free yogurt

- 2 scallions, thinly sliced

- 2 cucumbers

- 2-3 mint leaves

- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

-2 tbsp chopped fresh dill

- Salt and pepper

How to prepare:

Nothing could be simpler to prepare. Put the yogurt in a larger bowl. Add the scallions and the cucumber cut into large pieces. Then add the parsley, dill and mint leaves. Whisk all together!

Season with salt and pepper.
