Green bean salad with garlic

A salad for the PV days, fresh and tasty. You can also eat it as a as a side dish to some meat.

Ingredients:

-500 g green bean, cut to 2 to 3 inch long pieces

- 1 Teaspoon  olive oil

- 1 tablespoon lemon zest

- 3 large garlic cloves, minced

- chopped green dill

-Salt and pepper

Bring a large pot of water with a steamer basket to a boil, add green beans and steam for about 10 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl and let it cool.
In another small bowl, whisk together the oil, lemon zest and the minced garlic. Mix the  dressing with the green beans  and season with the chopped drill, salt and pepper. Serve cool or at room temperature.
