Chicken with yogurt and cinnamon

PP days and the Attack days are the most difficult for Dukan dieters, in most cases. Therefore, here is a new recipe for this Dukan difficult days. Cinnamon gives a special flavor to chicken pieces, so get to work with confidence!
Serves – 2
-300 – 400 g chicken breast (or boneless thighs)
- 300 g yogurt
- ½ tbsp rosemary
- ½ tbsp basil
- ½ tbsp cinnamon
- salt

How to prepare

Preheat oven to 180oC.
Cut the chicken breast into strips and sprinkle salt over them. Prepare marinated in yogurt sauce, rosemary, basil and cinnamon. Put chicken pieces over this mixture and stir so that the chicken is covered with that. Cover the bowl and leave it in the refrigerator at least 12 hours.
After that, place the chicken pieces in a cooking bowl or a tray (can cover with remaining marinade) and cook in the oven for 45 minutes.
