Tuna muffins


-2 eggs

- 2 tbsp oat bran

- 1 tbsp wheat bran

- 3 tbsp fat free yogurt

- 1 can of tuna in its own juice (185 g)

- ½ tsp baking powder

- Salt, pepper, herbs mix

- 2-3 tbsp chopped fresh dill

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven at 180oC.

Beat eggs and mix with yogurt. Add bran, spices and chopped tuna. Finally add the baking powder and fresh dill.

Use forms of muffins and bake in the oven 40 minutes.
