Mustard Chicken Skewers

Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 pounds boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- A clove of garlic
- 200 ml warm water

Ingredients:

-3 eggs
- 6 tbsp oat bran
- 3 tbsp wheat bran
- 4 tbsp quark
- 3 tbsp sweetener
-  vanilla flavoring

Dukan Crispy stripes

Serves 2

Ingredients:

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders

- 1 egg

- 1 tbsp yogurt

- salt, pepper, powdered garlic

- 2 tbsp oat bran

-1 onion, finely chopped

-1 Yellow bell pepper, finely chopped

-1-2 carrots, thinly sliced crosswise

-1 cup of green bean

-1 Handful of bean yellow
